Can I confirm my custom illustration before it’s printed?
Yes absolutely!
If you wish to see and confirm your illustration prior to your phone case being printed, please add on 'Confirm Design' prior to purchasing. This is an add on of $10.00
The illustration draft will be emailed to you. Once a confirmation email has been received from you, we will proceed with the order and printing of the phone case.
If you have purchased our optional revision add-on, you’ll also have the opportunity to request one change to your illustration or swap your chosen photo for a different one before approving your final design.
Once confirmation has been recieved, the production of your phone case will start.
How many pets/people per phone case?
Our custom phone cases can feature up to 3 pets or 2 people per case.
For pet designs: You can include up to 3 pets, each with their own name.
If the pets are photographed together, they do need to be side-by-side closely together.
If they are not side by side in one photo, you can upload 3 seperate photos of each pet — there is no need for them to be photographed together!
For people designs: You can feature up to 2 people on a single case.
Please note: Designs featuring 3 pets may require printing in landscape orientation to ensure they are displayed clearly and in full detail.

Can I add my pets name?
Absolutely! Once you upload your image, a text box will appear - add your pet name here.
If you have multiple pets, please ensure the details of each pet is added. For example - Hugo (grey frenchie on left), Duke (black frenchie on right).
If you do not wish to have your pets name added, simply leave the name box blank.
